Born and raised in the Finger Lakes
region of Central New York, Jim
graduated from the physical therapy
program at Ithaca College in 1988.
In the early nineties Jim traveled
as a Physical Therapist before settling
down in beautiful Charlottesville,
VA in 1996. Married since 1993 to
Stacy, who is also a Physical Therapist,
Jim is blessed with three children,
two girls, and the last a boy. Jim
has worked in a variety of hospital
and out-patient settings in the
past 15 years, concentrating on
rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries
in a bio-mechanical approach. Jim's
continuing education has included
the McKenzie approach, Mulligan
Concepts, and Bultler's Technique.
Lately, concentration is spent traveling
to Michigan State's School of Osteopathic
Medicine for training in their Manual
Medicine techniques.
Jim's hobbies include golf, hiking,
camping, fishing, and kayaking.
