Brian P. Lambert PT Home


Brian is a 20 - year resident of Charlottesville and life-long resident of Virginia. Originally from the Norfolk area, Brian graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor's Degree from Old Dominion University. He has worked in both local hospitals for a total of 11 years, and has worked in various private settings until September of 2001 - when he opened his own office. In addition to a multitude of in-services and other formal continuing education courses, he has had extensive training in osteopathic therapy techniques, through Michigan State University School of Osteopathic Medicine Continuing Education program.

Brian is married, and has two sons who are involved in athletics and band activities. He enjoys softball, science-fiction, home improvements, and automotive restoration.

 



Born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of Central New York, Jim graduated from the physical therapy program at Ithaca College in 1988. In the early nineties Jim traveled as a Physical Therapist before settling down in beautiful Charlottesville, VA in 1996. Married since 1993 to Stacy, who is also a Physical Therapist, Jim is blessed with three children, two girls, and the last a boy. Jim has worked in a variety of hospital and out-patient settings in the past 15 years, concentrating on rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries in a bio-mechanical approach. Jim's continuing education has included the McKenzie approach, Mulligan Concepts, and Bultler's Technique. Lately, concentration is spent traveling to Michigan State's School of Osteopathic Medicine for training in their Manual Medicine techniques.

Jim's hobbies include golf, hiking, camping, fishing, and kayaking.
